In its essence, this is a story of a career man who has finally reached a long sought-after executive position, who then slowly realizes he has to deal with the ridicule of former co-workers and the ineptitude and rebellious nature of his team members. And he also has family issues that threaten to sabotage his career. The typical working man's story: Man loves job. Man loves family. Job dumps on man. Family dumps on man. Man tries to recover. But funny!

What Makes This Show Special:

If you are a Steve Carell fan or a John Malkovich fan, you will definitely want to see how they use their talents opposite each other. It's a show based on a real-life entity, but for some reason, comes across as exaggerated science fiction blended with sit-com humor.

Sometimes the humor can get caricature-ish, but stick with it, there is more substantial humor throughout as the imperfections of the main characters are exposed.
