Bare Bones:

A woman and a man with super powers are stuck in a 1950's sit-com.

1 Season

9 Episodes

Episode Length 30 – 50 min.

ABT (Approx. Binge Time) – 6 hours

Overall Thoughts:

Canines prefer not to show-off their special powers. Since WandaVision is a story about two super-powered beings trying to live a normal life in a normal town, this show has a strong attraction for me. The lives of Wanda and Vision become difficult when they have trouble interacting with friends and neighbors while attempting to hide their powers. Elizabeth Olsen is fantastic as a housewife who you can't quite figure out (at least not yet), and we as viewers know she has some secrets that we will hopefully uncover (perhaps, “On the next episode of WandaVision…”).

What Makes This Show Special:

From the very beginning of WandaVision, we recognize what makes it special: a very unique structure. Super-heroes stuck in a 1950's sit-com? Soon the structure begins to makes sense and you appreciate the creativity that went into shaping this series.

Beware Of:

You need to go into this series with an open mind and a lot of patience, because important information is broadcast to us in small pieces, and the structure of each episode can distract us from the characters' story lines. You don't need to be a Marvel Cinematic Universe fan in order to enjoy WandaVision, but you may think you're missing something because you aren't. Just be patient and you will enjoy the journey.

For Dawg Eyes Only: The super powers of humans are very different from our canine powers, so you will be intrigued by how Wanda and Vision handle and mis-handle theirs.
